I am an MBA Graduate, forty two years old and I am doing business. This is my third retreat at Divine Retreat Centre. Earlier I came in 2007 and 2010. At my first retreat I had three intentions to pray for. One was my sister’s marriage as she was not getting a life partner. After my retreat she was blessed with a very good partner and now settled in Bangalore blessed with two kids. Second was for my friend who was also looking for a partner. She was non Catholic but trusted in Jesus. She was also blessed and now has a son. Third was for my parents who were ill. My dad had an open heart surgery in 2008 at the age of sixty nine and the operation was a success. Today he is doing well by God’s grace. I got married to Juliet D’Cruz on 3 February 2010 and came to DRC for the second time on 13 February 2010. I did not go to any honeymoon but came here directly with my wife. Now we have an eight year old son named Jordan and we call him divine baby. I had severe burning under my foot and prayed to Jesus in blind faith to heal me. I got relief from the burning sensation. I was suffering from hernia since the age of two. I had severe pain in the left side of my abdomen. After a good confession, during the talk on healing I did not ask Jesus to heal my pain but cried out to Him saying, “Jesus I know that you love me.” At that moment my pain vanished. I praise and thank Jesus for all the wonderful things He is doing in my life.
